I.KIND OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect certain information when HMS (“Helios Mobility Suite”) is used on your device, we also collect information from that device to provide device control services.

The types of information you collect include : Email address (Optional), mobile device identifier, internet protocol address, data plan usage information, application information, and location information. Information Collected when using the HMS app on a mobile device:

Our application sometimes needs to be connected to the internet under various circumstances, including without limitation: (i) to connect to our servers when logging in to the application. (ii) to post changes to configurations made from within the app to ensure that all apps and web portals stay in sync, (iii) to send notifications, (iv) to send usage reports and information from devices to our servers. When cellular data is used to connect to the internet, you may be charged by your operator.

When the HMS application (“Helios Mobility Suite”) is installed, we may collect or process:

When you sign in, we will collect your username/password, device identifier including but not limited to: IMEI, or IMSI, or device ESN and device model and operating system version. We also collect and store information such as the device manufacturer, model, OS version, and wireless carrier info for the purpose of improving the performance of our applications, through possible customization for certain types of devices. This information and the information below is only collected when a user logs in to our application.

We collect information about application usage and application interactions of

HMS (“Helios Mobility Suite”), such as which layers are viewed and for how long, which buttons are pressed, and application performance including situations where the application crashes or crashes. Collecting this information is very important for us to be able to fix application problems and improve our products. The collection of this Application Usage Information is achieved by using Google Analytics or Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crash Reporting/Crash Analytics.

Your device's location information under various circumstances, including but not limited to: (i) you synchronize with our servers, (ii) pre-scheduled location updates (Tracks) that run even if the app is not opened (runs in the background), with agreeing to this and you Sign In means that you understand that your company/organization can track your location through the HMS application. This is necessary so that your company/organization can protect their assets from possible loss of devices and help find lost devices, besides that it also functions to monitor distributed devices.

Information about the applications installed on your device and the use of the applications in various circumstances, including but not limited to: (i) When the application is registered by a web port, (ii) the application is registered or deleted from the device, (iii) when an application is used. This is necessary so that your company/organization can see the applications you have and to choose whether to allow or block the use of the application, and to provide application usage reports.

Information on cellular data package usage, including but not limited to: (i) identifying the network operator used, (ii) the amount of data (Megabyte units) used in the last month, (ii) seeing the amount of data used by each application. This is necessary so that the company/organization can find out and analyze the usage of your data plan.

Storage information, including but not limited to: (i) the amount of storage used, (ii) the amount of remaining storage space, (iii) the total amount of storage space. This is necessary so that your company/organization can find out and analyze the storage usage on your device.

Notification information from the HMS application, which will only retrieve information whether the notification has been opened/read by you.

We do not collect sensitive Personal Data, this includes Personal Data relating to your Age, Gender, date of birth, your race, nationally identifiable information, religious beliefs, background information (including financial and criminal records, where legally permitted), health, disability, marital status and biometric data, as applicable. We collect this information only with your consent and/or in accordance with applicable law.

When you visit or interact with our Web Portal, we may collect or store information about your interaction with our Site (“Usage Information”). We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our services “Service Providers”. To provide services on our behalf, to perform service-related work or to help us analyze how our services are used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

VII. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”)
